Job description
Evergreen Health in Cheektowaga, NY is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide adult primary care and gender-affirming care in our Primary & Specialty Care practice. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate holds NY licensure as an NP or PA, a Master's degree, BLS certification, and EMR experience (Medent preferred). This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits.
