Job description
Community Care Internal Medicine – Delmar, part of Community Care Physicians (CCP), is seeking a full-time Physician for adult primary care. The role supports patients 18 and older in a collaborative, team-based environment.
The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, evidence-based care, build long-term relationships, and contribute to quality outcomes. Board-certified MD or DO with NY licensure is required; internship and residency completed. New grads considered if board eligible.
