What You’ll Be Doing

Psychiatrists lead multidisciplinary treatment teams and provide comprehensive psychiatric care for individuals experiencing eating disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, and other co‑occurring mental health conditions.

Maintain timely access to care and support system‑wide quality improvements

Typical full‑time patient volume averages 18‑24 patients per week

Participate in the physician weekend call rotation, provide remote call coverage from home during assigned call periods, and support clinical teams as needed for urgent psychiatric consultation and patient care needs. Current physician staffing typically results in call responsibilities approximately five weekends per year. Call responsibilities are shared equitably among the physician team to promote work‑life balance.
