Overview
A well-established and highly respected behavioral health program in Troy, NY is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Adult Psychiatrist for a full-time outpatient role . Join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team in a physician-friendly environment focused on delivering compassionate, patient-centered mental health care .
Position: Physician - Psychiatry (Adult Outpatient)
Location: Troy, NY
Practice Setting: Outpatient Mental Health Clinic

Facility Details
• Comprehensive behavioral health program with:
- 3 inpatient units
- Robust outpatient clinic on campus
• Strong focus on adult and older adult patient population
• Integrated care model addressing medical, psychiatric, and social needs
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive outpatient psychiatric care
• Assess, diagnose, and manage adult psychiatric conditions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Participate in shared call rotation
• Maintain high standards of patient-centered care
• Engage in CME and ongoing professional development
Candidate Requirements
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Psychiatry - REQUIRED
• Active New York License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• DEA (must obtain prior to start) - REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Must disclose visa requirement status (No visa support available)
• NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) - REQUIRED
• Local candidates within 30 miles cannot be considered
Compensation & Benefits
Strong compensation package with long-term incentives:
• Base Salary: $318,449 - $354,957
• $25,000 Sign-On Bonus
• $30,000 Retention Bonus
