Job description
Access Community Health Network in the North Region seeks a Psychiatrist (Adult) with MD/DO credentials to lead care for patients in Evanston, Chicago, and Des Plaines locations. You will diagnose, treat, coordinate care, and maintain EHR documentation while providing education and navigation for integrated care initiatives.
