nShape the future of mental health care at CentraCare by joining a collaborative outpatient psychiatry practice in St. Cloud, Minnesota. This role offers the opportunity to deliver compassionate, comprehensive psychiatric care within an integrated behavioral health model, supported by a strong multidisciplinary team and the flexibility to support multiple areas of care across the continuum.

nnMinimal call by phone rotation, support from telepsychiatry and moonlighters

n nPay and Benefits
nnnSalary range: $300,000 - $333,000 per year
n
nnPay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity
n
nnSalary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
n
nnMay be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.

nCentraCare’s outpatient Behavioral Health clinic at CentraCare Plaza is supported by a well-established psychiatry team that includes adult and child/adolescent psychiatrists, psychologists, integrated behavioral health providers, and counseling staff.
