Adult Reconstructive and Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon

This is a rare opportunity to join a collegial team, enjoy a 2-year partnership track , and achieve earning potential over $1.1 million —all while living in a welcoming Midwest community.

Practice Model: Fully physician-owned group with complete ancillary services
Volume: 500–600 total joint cases annually + strong referral network
Schedule: 2.5 days of OR block time weekly
Growth: Partnership track within 2 years + ownership options in ASC, PT, imaging, and walk-in clinic
Support: Experienced staff and APP support after 6 months for an efficient, well-run practice
