Job description
AltaPointe Health Systems in Mobile, AL, is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee Adult Residential Services for adults with serious mental illness. You will supervise staff, ensure shift coverage, and uphold treatment plans while coordinating with the treatment team.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a mental health field (or related) with relevant experience, valid driver’s license, and knowledge of crisis intervention, community resources, and compliance with DMH/JC/Medicaid
