Advanced Practice Clinician – Lancaster Family Health Center, Salem, OR
We are seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine to join our patient‑centered medical home serving a largely migrant and Latino community.

An Advanced Practice Clinician passionate about community health and family medicine.
A healthcare professional committed to working with underserved patient populations.
New graduates may highlight clinical rotations and experience in community health or with underserved populations.
Position Details:
0.80 FTE (32 hours per week).
EPIC EMR system.
Clinic hours: Monday–Thursday 7:30 am–7:00 pm; Friday 7:30 am–5:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
Position Highlights:
Base compensation $112,000–$124,000 per year with productivity and patient satisfaction bonuses.
$12,000 hiring bonus.
$16,000 relocation allowance.
Malpractice insurance coverage (no tail coverage policy needed).
4‑week Medical Spanish immersion program in Xela, Guatemala.

Qualifications:
Candidates must hold a Master’s or Doctoral Degree – Nurse Practitioner or a Master’s Degree – Physician Assistant, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science plus a two‑year Physician Assistant training program.
