Job description
AgeWell is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our growing practice in Jacksonville, FL. The selected Advanced Practitioner Provider would serve as a link between inpatient and outpatient care as a member of the Baptist Health team.

Job Responsibilities
Consults with patients about their current conditions, orders diagnostics, analyzes results, diagnoses conditions, and prescribes treatment strategies, including prescription medications.
May also actively participate in research in the field and advocate for policies that support the needs of elderly patients.
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree (MS) in Nursing
Licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
APRN Experience
License and Certification
Driver's License - DMV
Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner - State Nursing Boards
DEA Controlled Substances Registration - DEA
