Lead with multidisciplinary teams across aviation, transportation, planning, engineering, and environmental services.

Represent the firm through industry organizations, conferences, publications, and thought leadership activities.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and technology advancements to guide strategic decision-making.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Engineering, Planning, Transportation, or a related field.

15+ years of aviation industry experience, including airport planning, development, design, or consulting.

Demonstrated experience leading aviation or Advanced Air Mobility initiatives.

Proven success in business development, client management, and strategic growth.

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airport planning, funding programs, and emerging AAM guidance.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple high-profile initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Aviation, Engineering, Planning, Business, or related field.

Experience with vertiport planning, eVTOL integration, airport electrification, or advanced transportation systems.

Active participation in national aviation or AAM industry organizations.

Why Join Us?

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of aviation by leading transformative projects, influencing industry direction, and building one of the nation's premier Advanced Air Mobility practices.
