Advanced Business Intelligence Developer - Community Based AnalyticsWere looking for a talented Epic Advanced Business Intelligence Developer to support analytics and performance measurements across our Community Based Care business area. In this role, youll use your expertise in Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Models, SQL programming, and BI Tools to develop and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations that empower leaders to make informed decisions.Youll collaborate with both business and IT teams to solve high-priority analytic challenges, prepare and present findings to stakeholders, and independently manage projects that ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable data.Join Lee Healths Analytics Center of Excellence and turn data into insight that drives better care for our community.What Youll DoDevelop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations from Epic, Infor, and other enterprise systemsApply advanced analytics to identify trends, patterns, and insights that improve operational performanceServe as a subject matter expert in Epic data structures and business intelligence developmentManage project timelines, data integrity, and stakeholder communicationsPartner with business and IT leaders to translate analytic needs into actionable solutionsRequirementsEducation:Bachelors degree from an accredited University or College in IT or related field, such as Engineering or Business Administration requiredMasters degree in Data Science or Advanced Analytics preferredRequired Experience:Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in healthcare IT, analytics, software development or data management utilizing project management and analytic process methodologies (e.g. Agile & Scrum)5+ years of experience developing and managing reports and dashboards for analytic projects4+ years of experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)Advanced data modeling experienceStrong understanding of relational databases with experience using SQL query techniquesDemonstrated experience in project management and experience working with external vendorsWhy Join Lee Health?As one of Floridas largest non-profit health systems, Lee Health is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community.
