Job description
HCA Florida Lake City Hospital seeks an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide clinical and pharmacy services and supervise technical staff in a hospital setting. You will interpret orders, compound and dispense medications, monitor therapies, and support formulary management with a focus on patient safety.
The role requires a B.S. or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited school and an active pharmacist license; hospital experience is preferred.
