Advanced Composites Technician 2Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking an Advanced Composites Technician 2 in GAC Tulsa. Multiple shifts are available. Preferred skills include forklift/overhead crane experience, experience with Virtek Lasers and honeycomb core, and a high school diploma or GED with two years related composite experience. The position requires the ability to work with composite resins and materials, read and interpret blueprints, and have basic computer skills. The purpose of the position is to perform composite part manufacturing functions under moderate supervision, including lay-up, cutting, bagging, autoclave, trimming, and repair. The role involves reading work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine the sequence of operations, using precision measuring devices, ensuring defect-free assembly, maintaining logs and records, and supporting Lean activities. Must meet the physical requirements of the position and be able to work any shift. This job requires the ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
