Job description
Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD, seeks an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Advanced Heart Failure Program. This outpatient-focused role emphasizes education, care coordination, and outcomes improvement within the Heart Failure Bridge Clinic.
The ideal candidate has cardiology experience, strong clinical judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary academic environment. No weekends; 4-day, 10-hour weekdays.
