Job description
Duke Cardiology of Raleigh seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our outpatient Advanced Heart Failure team. The APP delivers direct patient care under physician supervision and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team to manage advanced HF patients in an outpatient setting.
Primary hours are full-time (40 hours/week). Remote patient encounters/telehealth are permitted. Requires NP/PA certification, NC licensure, and prescriptive authority eligibility in NC.
