Advanced Machine OperatorStart your new career as an Advanced Machine Operator with MAU in Neenah, WI. As an Advanced Machine Operator, you will safely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipment while performing troubleshooting, basic repairs, quality checks, and production reporting to support a high-performing manufacturing operation.What We Offer:Pay rate of $25.25 per hourSwing shift: 7:00–7:00, days/nightsTemp-to-hire opportunity after 14 weeksHealth benefitsDental insuranceWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma, GED, Grade 12 certificate, or equivalent from a state and/or U.S. Department of Education-accredited institution1–3 years of manufacturing or related industrial experience, or equivalent military education/trainingBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and ExcelAbility to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtimeAbility to lift up to 50 pounds and frequently ascend and descend stairs, bend, twist, stoop, crouch, and perform strong gripping hand functionsAbility to wear required PPE, including ear, eye, and toe protectionAbility to work in an environment with regular exposure to high noise levels, dust, and some chemicalsAbility to work independently and complete multiple complex tasks simultaneouslyBasic mechanical, technical, or manufacturing skills or related experience preferredDemonstrated mechanical ability, including troubleshooting, problem identification, and resolution, preferredPrevious or current experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with manufacturing equipment, industrial tractors, or forklifts strongly preferredWhat You'll Do as an Advanced Machine Operator:Master manufacturing process elements, including troubleshooting, basic repairs, and quality checksSafely operate high-speed, technologically advanced manufacturing equipmentWork effectively as a member of a high-performing teamMaintain accurate and complete production, waste, delay, and quality reportsLog and report production and quality results as requiredDemonstrate and promote a safety-first culturePromote and utilize the three obligationsPromote and support Safety Observation, ETQ, and SIRA processesSupport departmental housekeeping initiativesMaintain product quality throughout the manufacturing processPerform required quality checks throughout each shiftSupport quality systems, including quality tracker, stand checks, bag/case weigher, and metal detector processesUnderstand how product attributes are measured for percent-on-target performance
