Job description
Caterpillar Mapleton is seeking an Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering Manager to lead the next generation of manufacturing performance and smart factory transformation at the Mapleton, IL facility.
You will drive integration of engineering, maintenance, automation, reliability, and digital manufacturing technologies to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, IT, and Supply Chain to deliver sustainable results.
