Job description
Advanced Composite Production TechnicianA leading advanced materials manufacturer in the Englewood area is hiring Production Technicians at multiple skill levels. Priority will be given to experienced technicians who can independently set up equipment, troubleshoot production issues, maintain strict quality standards, and help train developing operators.Job Highlights:Set up, operate, and monitor advanced manufacturing equipmentComplete production, equipment, and hourly quality checksIdentify defects and correct process issuesTroubleshoot machinery and minimize production downtimeReview work orders, production travelers, and schedulesPrepare materials and support mixing or processing operationsLoad, unload, wrap, and label manufactured productsMaintain accurate production and quality documentationFollow PPE, respirator, hazardous-material, and safety proceduresTrain and mentor developing technicians at the senior levelPartner with supervisors and engineering on complex equipment issuesWhat We Look For:Technical manufacturing, machine operation, or composite production experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience setting up or adjusting production equipmentAbility to recognize defects and follow detailed quality standardsBasic math and computer skillsAbility to read work instructions and production documentationStrong attendance and willingness to support overtime when requiredAbility to lift up to 55 poundsAbility to meet respirator-fit requirementsTraining, lead, or mentoring experience preferred for senior-level consideration
