Job description
Design, analyze, and test naval nuclear propulsion components and technologies, and develop manufacturing processes that reduce cost and development time. Support primary and secondary system development and coordinate mechanical engineering work with multidisciplinary reactor plant design teams.
Requirements
Applicants need a related technical, engineering, or science degree and either four years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, two years with a master's degree, or a doctorate; specified current company engineering roles are also accepted. Preferred qualifications include strong academic performance, teamwork and leadership, experience with FEA, design drawings or manufacturing, technical writing, and strong communication skills.
