Advanced Medical Assistant (AMA) | Certified Clinical SupportJoin a dedicated healthcare team providing compassionate patient care in a clinical setting. This role supports healthcare delivery and patient management with a focus on adaptability to meet the dynamic needs of the practice.Essential Responsibilities:Deliver direct and delegated patient care, recognizing normal and abnormal health indicators to identify at-risk patients. Provide reassurance, education, and clear guidance to patients.Ensure smooth healthcare service flow during patient visits by preparing patients for exams, obtaining vital signs and medical histories, and accurately documenting all information in electronic medical records.Assist physicians with testing, treatments, minor surgeries, and physical exams. Manage medication samples and logs, coordinate patient testing and referrals, and communicate test results to patients.Maintain clinical areas by stocking supplies, organizing patient education materials, and ensuring cleanliness and sterilization of instruments and equipment.Perform laboratory tests and maintain lab logs as prescribed, while supporting patient understanding of treatment plans and medication usage.Education and Experience Required:Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Program.Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.This opportunity is located in a regional healthcare setting within the Midwest, offering a warm and supportive environment for professional growth and patient-centered care.
