Job description
Intermountain Health seeks an Advanced Medical Lab Scientist to perform complex testing, analyze and validate results, and support accurate diagnosis and treatment. In this role, you’ll operate and troubleshoot advanced laboratory instruments, follow strict quality control and regulatory standards, and collaborate closely with pathologists, nurses, and providers. You’ll help develop and optimize test procedures, maintain accurate documentation in the LIS/EMR, and contribute to research and process improvement in a patient-centered, mission-driven environment with strong professional growth opportunities.
