Job description
Clare Medical of New Jersey is seeking an APN to provide comprehensive patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The role includes detailed assessments, wellness and sick visits, and management of common chronic diseases.
You will order and interpret labs, coordinate with other providers, and prescribe therapies as appropriate. Travel within the region is expected; strong EMR skills are essential. DEA/CDS certification is required.
