Under the guidance of a registered nurse, you will perform advanced clinical tasks and help create a safe, welcoming environment where patients and families feel valued and respected.Observe patients, document changes, and communicate them with the nursing teamHelp patients with daily needs (ADLs) such as eating, drinking, bathing, and moving safelyProvide advanced care, including phlebotomy, telemetry monitoring, removing IV lines and catheters, and care for woundsAssist with supporting tasks like collecting lab samples and assisting with clerical duties to keep care running smoothlyLook ahead to what patients might need, respond quickly, and help ensure every experience feels seamless and compassionateWhat qualifications you will needBasic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start dateCNA Program preferred.3 years patient care experience in a healthcare facility preferredBenefitsSpotsylvania Regional Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
