Job description
Summit Medical Group is seeking a full-time Advanced Practitioner for our Seymour Family Physicians office. The role involves comprehensive patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning in a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities include exams, record-keeping, ordering diagnostics, developing treatment plans, educating patients, and ensuring continuity of care. Minimum three years clinic care with APN/PA experience preferred; TN license required.
