Opportunity:
Advanced Practice Clinician - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Job Details:
Full-time position (0.9 FTE - 36 hours per week)
Serve in a team-based approach to patient care with opportunity to develop and manage your own patient panel
Work with underserved patient populations in a community health setting
Benefit from certified bilingual Medical Assistants who assist with translation and patient care
Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
Clinic operational hours: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm, Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, Saturday 8:0am-5:00pm
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree for Nurse Practitioners; Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Health Science with two-year Physician Assistant training program for PAs
New graduates welcome - clinical rotations and experience with community health or underserved populations valued
Compensation:
Base compensation $118k-$129k per year with additional earnings from productivity and patient satisfaction measures
$13.5k hiring bonus
$18k relocation allowance
Malpractice insurance coverage included (no tail coverage policy needed)
4-week Medical Spanish Immersion Program in Xayla, Guatemala
