Your New Role Awaits
Performing thorough patient evaluations, requesting diagnostic tests, and devising personalized care strategies
Diagnosing and managing acute, chronic, or episodic conditions collaboratively with other medical professionals or independently, depending on licensure
Guiding patients and their families on health management, prevention, and wellness
Prescribing treatment plans and medications based on established guidelines
Engaging in chronic care management and patient follow-up
Working alongside interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Meticulously documenting patient interactions and care within electronic medical records (EMR)
Academic Credentials
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
Key Certifications
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado
National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or similar
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or willingness to complete within 90 days)
