nResponsibilities:
nConduct thorough evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions.
nDevelop personalized treatment plans based on individual patient needs and goals.
nUtilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and improve mobility.
nMonitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
nEducate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises.
nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
nStay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices.
nMentor, schedule, and direct clinical education for PT students and interns.
nDrive clinic growth through community networking, patient retention, and practice initiatives.
nRequirements:
nDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
nCurrent state licensure to practice physical therapy in Connecticut.
nStrong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients.
nExperience in outpatient orthopedic settings.
nAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
nExcellent communication and patient education skills.
nCommitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
nBasic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
