nWhat You’ll Champion:
nnnProvide outpatient care for cardiac surgery patients, including post-operative follow-up visits and long-term aortic surveillance management.
n
nnEvaluate and manage surgical wounds, patient concerns, and ongoing cardiovascular care needs.
n
nnManage patient portal messages, results review, and care coordination through the inbox.
n
nnServe as an independent mid-level provider in clinic, occasionally as the sole APP on site.
n
nnIdeal candidates will have cardiac surgery experience.
n
nnPreferred schedule: Monday-Friday, with five 8-hour shifts.
