nWhat You’ll Champion:
nnnFull-time Physician Assistant (PA) or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with RNFA certification opportunity with a leading cardiac surgery team at WellSpan York Hospital.
n
nnJoin a highly collaborative practice featuring 4 cardiac surgeons and 4 experienced APPs.
n
nnFour 10-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with a shared call rotation.
n
nnProvide comprehensive cardiac surgery, critical care, and inpatient management for pre- and post-operative patients.
n
nnPerform consults, daily rounds, patient assessments, discharge planning, and care coordination.
n
nnSupport a busy cardiac surgery service across two operating rooms while managing inpatient and ICU patient care.
n
nnServe as a surgical team member by first assisting in adult cardiac surgery cases and performing endoscopic vein and radial artery harvesting to support exceptional patient outcomes.
n
nnCardiac surgery experience required; Acute Care NP or PA-C certification required.
n
nnMust reside within 40 minutes of WellSpan York Hospital for call coverage.
