nJob Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Hematology/Oncology
nLocation: Lebanon, PA

nWhat You’ll Champion:
nnnConsistent M-F schedule with a call rotation shared between Physicians/APPs.
n
nnDeliver compassionate hematology and oncology care across outpatient and inpatient settings.
n
nnPartner closely with physicians to manage treatment plans and provide continuity of care.
n
nnSupport patients throughout their cancer journey, from consultation through follow-up care.
n
nnRespond to infusion-related and urgent patient needs while serving as a trusted clinical resource.

nMinimum Education:
nnnMasters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

nnBachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
n
nnMasters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
n
n nWork Experience:
nn1 year Required
n nLicenses:
nnnCertified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
n
nnLicensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
n
nnBasic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
n
n nCourses and Training:
nnnBLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

nnNurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
n
nnNurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
n
nnPhysician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
