Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) - Day Position
Cardiovascular Care Associates (CCA) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our cardiology team. This is a salaried daytime position offering an excellent work-life balance and a unique combination of inpatient cardiology and Enhanced Cardiac Access (ECA) care.
The APP will work closely alongside our board-certified cardiologists to provide high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care. In the ECA setting, the APP will evaluate and manage patients presenting with acute and urgent cardiac concerns , while also participating in the care of hospitalized cardiology patients.
Position Highlights
Salary: 114,000 - 125,000 annually
Salaried position with excellent work-life balance
Daytime schedule - no nights and no call
Combination of inpatient cardiology and Enhanced Cardiac Access (ECA)
Occasional weekend coverage with a compensatory day off
One holiday per year
Work alongside board-certified cardiologists
Evaluate and manage acute and urgent cardiac patients
New graduate NPs and PAs are encouraged to apply
Eligible for RVU-based productivity bonuses following one year of service
Qualifications
Active New York State NP or PA license in good standing
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with current national certification
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical-thinking skills
Cardiology, critical care, or hospital medicine experience preferred but not required
New graduate NPs and PAs are encouraged to apply
