Job description
Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required :
MSN required
Successful completion of advanced practitioner training and certification as a practitioner from an approved nurse practitioner or physician assistant program.
Eligible at all times to be insured for professional liability
Current unrestricted license to practice as an APRN or PA-C in the Commonwealth of Kentucky
BLS and PALS Certifications
