Job description
Hartford Healthcare is seeking an APP Clinical Leader to guide and support Advanced Practice Providers across our Connecticut network. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical oversight, coordinate complex patient care, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols. You will collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and operations to optimize workflows, improve quality and safety metrics, and enhance patient experience. You will mentor APPs, support onboarding and education, and drive innovation in a culture grounded in teamwork, compassion, and professional growth.
