Job description
Health First Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for an outpatient Electrophysiology opportunity in Florida.
This position is well suited for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in electrophysiology, arrhythmia management, and cardiac device follow-up. You'll care for a diverse outpatient population while partnering closely with an experienced electrophysiologist and multidisciplinary care team.
Clinical Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive evaluations of new EP patients
Manage established patients with arrhythmias and rhythm disorders
Provide routine follow-up and longitudinal cardiac care
Monitor cardiac device data and coordinate appropriate follow-up
Review testing and clinical findings to guide treatment plans
Educate patients regarding rhythm disorders, medications, and care plans
Communicate and collaborate with electrophysiology physicians and the cardiovascular team

Qualifications
Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Previous cardiology or electrophysiology experience preferred
Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills
Familiarity with cardiac arrhythmias and device management preferred
Eligible for Florida licensure and credentialing
