At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our outpatient Sun Prairie clinic is actively seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (FNP or PA) to join our growing department! We are conveniently located off Hwy 151.

Your Qualifications:
Graduate of a nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) ProgramNPs need Family Certification
Current PA/NP licensure in Wisconsin
WI NPs must have APRN
Experience preferred
