Job Title: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
Location: York, PA
Employment Type: Full-time (1.00 FTE)
What You'll Champion:
Join our Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) team at York Hospital, supporting a high-acuity, 44-bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) in Central Pennsylvania.
Qualified candidates include NNPs and Physician Assistants with successful completion of a post-graduate Neonatology residency program, Neonatology fellowship program, or a minimum of two years of NICU experience
24-hour call shifts, averaging approximately 13 shifts per 8-week schedule
Shifts include 7:00 a.m.-7:00 a.m.
Collaborate with a highly experienced team of 5 Neonatologists and 8 full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioners
Enjoy a high level of clinical autonomy with full neonatology physician support
Provide care for ELGAN and critically ill neonates
State-of-the-art neonatal technology, including jet ventilators and oscillator ventilators
Dedicated in-unit lactation consultants, respiratory therapists, and clinical pharmacists
Multidisciplinary specialty support from Pediatric Surgery (Johns Hopkins), Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Ophthalmology
