Job description
An established multispecialty medical group in Northern New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Gastroenterology team. This role offers a mix of outpatient and inpatient care within a collaborative GI practice serving patients across the area.
About the Opportunity:
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: Standard business hours
Responsibilities: Provide gastroenterology care in an outpatient clinic setting
Support inpatient rounding on a limited, rotating basis
Work collaboratively with physicians and other clinical team members
Evaluate, manage, and follow patients with GI conditions
Document patient encounters and coordinate ongoing care plans
Qualifications: Current New Jersey Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Current ACLS and BLS certifications
Gastroenterology experience
