nFull-Time | Night Shift | Plaza Hospital
nJoin our Neuro Surgical ICU (NSICU) team and work alongside Neuro Critical Care physicians in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. We are seeking a motivated APP with a passion for critical care. ICU experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

nn3 shifts per week (5:00 PM - 6:00 AM)

nnApproximately 1 weekend every 3 weeks

nn18-bed Neuro Surgical ICU
n
n nResponsibilities
nnnAssess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients
n
nnDevelop and implement treatment plans
n
nnCoordinate multidisciplinary patient care
n
nnProvide patient, family, and staff education
n
nnEvaluate outcomes and adjust plans of care
n
n nQualifications
nnnNurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
n
nnStrong communication and teamwork skills
n
nnCritical care experience preferred
n
n nIdeal candidates will have experience in critical care or related specialties, including NSICU, CVICU, MICU, SICU, Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU, Emergency Medicine, Acute Care/Hospital Medicine, Pulmonary/Critical Care, Cardiology, Anesthesia, or other high-acuity settings.
nNew graduates are welcome to apply, especially those with strong RN experience in ICU settings (NCICU, MICU, CVICU, SICU), Progressive Care (PCU), or Emergency Department (ED) environments.
