nAbout the Opportunity:
nGastro Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to join our private practice team in Woodbridge, VA. Our APPs play an active part in delivering high-quality GI care by coordinating individualized treatment plans under physician supervision and engaging in clinical responsibilities that help drive high-quality, patient-centered care.
nWe welcome APPs who want to grow their expertise in gastroenterology within a practice model that values clinical autonomy, work-life balance, and long-term career growth. As part of a nationally recognized team, our APPs benefit from dedicated physician leadership, strong clinical collaboration, and a supportive operational structure. We offer robust onboarding, GI-specific training resources, and a clinical framework designed to help APPs thrive.
nnWork collaboratively with a team of 8 gastroenterologists, 4 APPs, and support staff
nMonday through Friday schedule: 8AM to 5PM
nAverage 15-18 patient encounters per day
nOutpatient consults and follow-ups

n nCandidate Requirements:
nnActive Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Virginia
nNational certification as an NP or PA with prescriptive authority
nBilingual: English and Spanish (preferred)
nMinimum of 1 year of APP experience required
nGi or internal medicine experience preferred
