nJob Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Occupational Health
nLocation: Lebanon, PA
nEmployment Type: Full-Time
nWhat You’ll Champion:
nnnOccupational Health focused practice providing DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, and work-related injury care.
n
nnMonday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) with no surgery responsibilities and excellent work-life balance.
n
nnManageable patient volume of 10-12 patients per day, allowing for quality patient interactions.
n
nnOpportunities to work independently while collaborating with experienced physicians and APPs across Lebanon and New Holland locations.

nMinimum Education:
nnnMasters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

nnBachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
n
nnMasters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
n
n nWork Experience:
nn1 year Required
n nLicenses:
nnnCertified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
n
nnLicensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
n
nnBasic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
n
n nCourses and Training:
nnnBLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

nnNurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

nnNurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
