nJob Title: Advanced Practice Provider – Urology
nLocation: West Region
nEmployment Type: Full-Time
nWhat You’ll Champion:
nnnMonday-Friday 8 AM – 4:30 PM schedule
n
nnDeliver high-quality urologic care to a diverse patient population, evaluating and managing common urologic conditions in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
n
nnPartner with a collaborative team of five physicians and four APPs to provide coordinated, patient-centered care across the continuum.
n
nnExpand access to specialty care throughout the community by caring for patients primarily in Chambersburg and Greencastle, with opportunities to collaborate across additional regional sites (Waynesboro and Gettysburg).
n
nnBuild your clinical expertise through mentorship and progressive skill development, including potential opportunities to eventually perform procedures and participate in pre-operative and post-operative patient management.

nnSupport a growing urology practice by independently managing patient visits while contributing to a team-focused culture dedicated to exceptional outcomes and service

nnnMasters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or

nnBachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required

nnMasters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred

n nWork Experience:
nn1 year Required
n nLicenses:
nnnCertified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
n
nnLicensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
n
nnBasic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
n
nnAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
n
n nCourses and Training:
nnnBLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and

nnNurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and

nnNurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or

nnPhysician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
