Job description

Advanced Practitioner (Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) - Urgent Care

Exeter, New Hampshire, United States

At ConvenientMD, we’re on a mission to make good health more convenient for all – working to improve how patients and providers experience healthcare in New England. To support this belief, we’re building a team of dedicated professionals who genuinely care about improving lives, are passionate about work that can make a difference, and are driven to learn from one another.

Opportunity

We are seeking both experienced and early‑career Physician Assistants (PAs) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs) who are motivated to grow, lead, and make a meaningful impact in a fast‑paced, urgent care environment. This is an opportunity to join an organization that values continuous learning, clinical excellence, and the ability to make a tangible difference in the health and well‑being of the communities we serve.

At ConvenientMD, the Advanced Practitioner Level 2 (AP2) role is designed for clinicians ready to take the next step; combining strong clinical independence with leadership and mentorship. You’ll serve as a trusted clinical resource, driving quality initiatives, supporting team development, and contributing to operational excellence, while practicing with a high level of autonomy, including as the sole on‑site provider when needed. In this role, you’ll also leverage your experience to mentor newer clinicians, all while benefiting from the support of lead providers and physicians to ensure safe, efficient, and exceptional patient care.
