Desert Valley Pediatrics is a well-established practice with 5 office locations in the West Valley suburbs of Phoenix, Arizona. We are dedicated to providing exceptional pediatric care to our community in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Position Overview
We are seeking a Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider to join our team at our Goodyear location. This private practice opportunity offers an excellent work-life balance with a 4-day work week and an average patient load of 27 patients per day.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive pediatric care to patients in a busy outpatient setting.
Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care.
Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications
Certified Advanced Practitioner Provider (NP, PA, or equivalent) with current licensure.
Experience in pediatric care preferred.
Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a diverse patient population.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
