Advanced Practitioners - Primary Care
Job Details:
Join a seasoned and collegial primary care team in the charming town of Ellington, CT
Role is open to Nurse Practitioners (APRN) and Physician Assistants (PA)
100% outpatient primary care setting - Family Medicine
Full-time, weekdays only with flexible scheduling options available including a 4-day work week option
No call required
Manage your own patient panel with protected admin time and robust support staff
Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial treatment plans
Develop plans for further evaluation of patient health needs including referrals to specialists and other health team members
Provide appropriate treatment for problems within the scope of practice and refer appropriately when needed
Utilize EPIC and state-of-the-art clinical and informatics technology to promote improved patient outcomes
Receive dedicated support and professional development from Primary Care Leaders
Access to established mentorship and orientation programs for newly hired providers
1+ years of experience in a primary care or similar setting required
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License required (or eligible)
