Opportunity:

Advanced Practitioners - Hospitalist/Emergency

Job Details:

Seeking a Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a close-knit, collaborative inpatient medicine team

Full-time nights schedule with no call requirement

Practice in a smaller community-focused setting with a wide clinical scope, autonomy, and room for professional growth

Perform routine physical examinations and formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients

Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs in consultation with physicians and care team members, including referrals to specialists

Provide appropriate treatment for problems within scope of practice and refer appropriately when needed

Must hold an unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or be eligible)

Must be a certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner with Acute Care certification

Minimum of 1+ year of Advanced Practice experience in a hospitalist or similar setting required

Market-leading compensation with up to $30,000 in shift differentials on top of base pay

Paid CME time off plus CME budget, reimbursed professional licenses and dues
