Salary: Competitive, with additional benefits including a potential Welcome Bonus of £5,000 paid over 2 years and access to STEP payment up to £5,000.

What You'll Do:
Deliver top-notch apprenticeship training aligned with industry standards.
Inspire and mentor learners through engaging theory and practical sessions.
Conduct vocational assessments on-site and off-site.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to share expertise and support delivery.
Uphold health, safety, and compliance standards.
What We're Looking For:
Industry experience in Agricultural Engineering.
Strong teaching, training, or mentoring skills (teaching qualifications are a bonus!).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for innovation and inspiring the next generation of professionals.
A minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
