About This Role
The Advanced Urgent Care RN provides nursing care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment, coordinating health care services for patients of all ages. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who excel in critical thinking and collaboration within a healthcare team.

Pay: $44 - $81/hour
Location: Olympia, WA
Schedule: Full Time
What You'll Do
Provide ongoing assessment of nursing care needs for a defined group of patients.
Develop written plans of care based on nursing diagnoses.
Assist patients and families in developing health care goals.
Determine priorities of patient care based on essential needs and resources.
Provide nursing interventions safely and competently.
Offer telephone consultation to patients and families.
Anticipate and recognize changes in patient status and modify care plans accordingly.
Collaborate with healthcare team members in planning and implementing care.
Assess needs of patients requiring hospitalization and initiate discharge planning.
Develop educational components for nursing care plans and encourage patient compliance.
Requirements
Education
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in Washington
