OB/GYN Physicians & Clinical Providers - Advanced Women's Care (AWC)

Advanced Women's Care (AWC) is a rapidly expanding, physician-owned, multispecialty women's health practice serving the greater Phoenix area. We're hiring OB/GYN physicians, midwives, and other clinical professionals who want to combine exceptional care with meaningful impact -and enjoy a balanced, rewarding career.

Advanced Women's Care is redefining women's healthcare through an outcomes-driven, protocol-based model designed to deliver consistently excellent results.
Our multidisciplinary team includes:
OB/GYN Physicians
Certified Nurse Midwives
Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeons (MIGS)
OB/GYN Hospitalists
Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM)
Gynecologic Oncology
Research and clinical support teams

What We Offer
Compensation: Base + Bonuses $400,000 - $600,000 annually
Sign-on / Retention Bonus: $75,000 - $100,000
Relocation Assistance: $15,000 - $25,000
Flexible call structures (4-, 5-, or 6-provider team models)

In-office sonography and lab services
Integrated MFM and OB Hospitalist support
