Requirements
Responsibilities
Online research and data entry; updating constituent records Maintaining registrations, invitation lists and prepare for advancement events/meetings. (Critical Thinking and Technology)
Make thank you and reminder calls to donors. (Communication)
Assist with maintenance of social media sites. (Technology )
Clerical duties including: making copies, scanning, e-mailing, hanging signs, processing applications/registrations, and making/answering calls. (Professionalism)
Organization and tracking of inventory. (Professionalism)
Carry-out Advancement processes. (Professionalism)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Proficient computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Experience using social media as a marketing tool
Strong organizational skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to multi-task and complete important projects within deadlines
Must be dependable and punctual
Ability to work year round including school break periods
Current USF student, in good standing
Preferred: freshman or sophomore standing
Pay Rate Hourly
$15.00/hour
